Angie + Konrad {The Doctor’s House Wedding Photography}

Angie and Konrad were married at the Doctor’s House in Kleinberg.

Although our post is going to focus on their first look among the pine trees at The Kortright Centre, we really couldn’t help but share some photos of the beautiful details Angie picked to compliment her day.

Whenever it fits in a couple’s schedule, we recommend that our couples do a first look if they are open to seeing each other before the ceremony. Hair and makeup are not only freshest, but it allows the couple to see each other for the first time on their wedding day privately in a beautiful location.  When we first met with Angie and Konrad to discuss their wedding day, they told us that they were reluctant to see each other before the ceremony.  But, with so many friends and family traveling from around the world and across the country to celebrate with them, a first look seemed like the best idea so that they could spend as much time as possible with them after the ceremony. After the wedding, Angie emailed us to tell us that it was one of her favorite moments of the entire day!

Just north of Toronto, Kleinberg is one of our favourite spots for wedding photography.  There is just so much variety.  Something close and cuddly.cheek to cheek

Although they had seen each other earlier in the day, Konrad’s reaction to seeing Angie walk down the aisle to him with her mom and dad was pure excitement.

It was really important to Angie and Konrad that even though we shot at Kortright for their first look, that they took some wedding photographs in and around the Doctor’s House property.  We Love how photographic the chapel is!!  It really is one of Toronto’s best wedding venues.
