It was a small, intimate garden wedding with family travelling from Ireland, Australia, and the East Coast. We hope you were invited; if you weren’t, we’re sorry, we’re not going to lie, you missed out. The next best thing, we think, is an invite from us to to scroll through the images of their gorgeous day at Donalda Club.
Nadine picked an absolutely stunning dress — its lines were simple, and the pattern and texture so classic — and fantastic shoes (Manolos!). Working in the fashion industry, Nadine has fabulous taste.
Nadine put her dress on in the Donalda bridal suite with her mom, surrounded by her bridesmaids, who were ready to lend a hand with a tricky zipper.
This head piece from Kleinfeld’s complemented Nadine’s dress perfectly.
Nadine’s bridesmaids were so thoughtful — as a gift to Nadine on her wedding day they commissioned a sketch of Nadine in her dress by a fashion industry insider.
A little bit of down time before the ceremony — some relaxation for Nadine with her ladies…and some much-deserved bubbly.
Meanwhile, downstairs, Garry’s brother was helping him with his styling cuff links and jacket.
Garry’s blue suit was so dapper. Love it.
All the guys gathered in the drawing room before heading out to the garden.
One last huddle before heading to the front.
Garry had one of our favorite groom reactions to seeing his bride. Definitely of this year, possibly ever. Watch and try not to smile.
Who else is excited?! (and check out mom’s reaction in the next shot!)
Nadine and Garry’s garden ceremony space was gorgeous — the wild flowers, the monarch butterflies appearing as if cued for the vows…
A few photos with their bridal parties and families during the cocktail hour and then we whisked Nadine and Garry off by golf cart for some photos by the barn on the Donalda Farm property and in some tall grasses in the setting sun.
These two are *so* in love. They need no encouragement to snuggle in close.
Garry, who hails from Ireland originally, has a sweet tooth and loves a biscuit with his tea. For Nadine and Garry’s sweet table, they opted for a selection of biscuits from back home.
A first dance all wrapped up together, and an exit into the garden with sparklers. No better way to wrap up the formal part of your evening.
Such a beautiful day, Nadine and Garry. Thanks for asking us to document it!
